Refund Policy

We understand that it is you, our valued customers, who keep us in business. Your complete satisfaction with the products and services we sell is our goal and guarantee. If you are dissatisfied in any way with a book or ebook, please email us at customerservice@e-booktime.com for a prompt refund of the full purchase price. If you are dissatisfied with our publishing service we will make a full refund provided you request it before your book publication is completed. If you request a refund, please include the following in your email:

  • Product Code, Title, Format, Description of Service
    (as applicable). If you do not know the Product Code, don’t worry. We will do our best to verify the purchase using the other information provided.

  • Date of Purchase
    (If unknown, please provide an approximate date of purchase.)

  • Name and Mail Address
    Please provide the complete name and mailing address of the person to receive the refund check.

  • Reason for Refund Request
    Please note that this is optional. However, we would appreciate very much your taking the time to tell us why you were dissatisfied with a product we sold or a service we provided. We will promptly process your refund regardless of the reason for the request. We ask for this information so we can learn how to improve the quality of the products and services we provide.
