VOICE Group (voicegroup.org) has shared their wisdom by writing a self-improvement book to help encourage, inspire, and motivate people, especially teenagers, to live their life with the right values intact and living their life to be the best they can become. With so much negativity in the world, W.I.C.S. (Wisdom Inspiration Common Sense) is a book to help guide and show the values that matter in life, even when the world doesn’t see those values. The values of love, self-esteem, success, avoiding drinking and smoking, avoiding uncommitted sex, and so forth are the values that are included. A True Weapon to Conquer the Future

“Importance of Positive Leadership in Today’s Health Care Management” is a tool, a roadmap, a true weapon to conquer the future as the health care industry is becoming a dynamic and more challenging business. Through this book, positive leadership is proved to be vital in this time of change in spite of the challenges surrounding the leaders’ work today, and fundamental in the administration of health care organizations.

The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter presents a review of the literature. The third chapter describes the methodology used. The fourth chapter constitutes a specific analysis of all the data withdrawn from the books about great leadership’s importance. Finally, the fifth chapter includes a summary, proposed recommendations for resolution, and conclusions that can be drawn.

I recently had the privilege and pleasure of reading a profoundly informative book: “Importance of Positive Leadership in Today’s Health Care Management”, written by Josie D. Menelas, M.D., M.H.A. As I read it, one of the first things I noticed was the highly appropriate subtitle: “A True Weapon to Conquer the Future”. This book is packed with excellent information regarding leadership and management, along with their responsibilities in the health care industry. More importantly, from cover to cover, its pages contain an amazing wealth of knowledge that the readers can apply not only to their particular professional endeavors, but also to their roles in life. Whether the reader finds himself or herself serving as a political official, the director of an important health care organization, a highly respected dean of a major university, the pastor of a local church, or even a housewife, he or she will acquire important tools for successfully securing the future.

This is not a book that you read and leave on the bookshelf. This book needs to be kept in a place where it is readily available at all times, for it is an invaluable asset to those in all walks of life. Of all the books I have read on Leadership, this one stands alone in its ability to help the reader become the best leader that he or she can be in his or her individual management position, each with its own unique responsibilities.

God’s Instructions for Christian Men is a short manuscript that gives instructions to men that are born again Christians, married and unmarried, who have a desire to supervise their family God’s way, in accordance with His holy word. This manuscript further gives instructions on what to do when you can’t make the right decision which will be in the best interest of your family.

As you begin to read “Strong Finish,” you will not turn too many pages before you start noticing a pattern. The common thread that is woven throughout this book is that of true raw emotion. Some of these stories will be about overcoming adversity. Some will display acts of heroism. Others will portray random acts of kindness and how the smallest gestures can make the largest impact. The guesswork has been removed. This book is not just for those who are currently faced with adversity and challenges and looking for answers to overcome and excel. This book is also for those who are “smooth sailing” and are looking for ways to make a difference – to make their mark upon this earth. Regardless of where you are on your own personal journey, this book will accomplish one thing – Inspiration.

This is a great motivational book that can inspire the reader to find new avenues to improve and develop a better choice and direction and hope for a better future. Lots of information that can only be gathered in one’s lifetime. The book touches on many subjects and will not bore you to fall asleep while reading. If that’s the kind of book you’re looking for, don’t buy this one! Although I hope that everyone will be curious enough to buy this book to really see what a first time author as I am can accomplish through many hours of thought to arrange writing to keep the interest of the reader. I think there are many would be could be authors out there that have an interesting story to tell and I hope maybe they can follow my lead and start to put those experiences down on paper for the whole world to see. Books are what we leave behind to keep alive our existence. It tells the world our life was meaningful and we did not live in vain!
