TRADITION versus TRUTH
(Which Will You Choose?)

I’m going to make a bold statement, but I’ll make it because it’s true: Only those who love the truth will be in heaven! How do I know this is true? Because if you love Jesus, you must love the truth for He is Truth (John 14: 6)! But many, even professed Christians, seem to care little about the truth nowadays. The only thing that seems to matter to them is that this is the way it’s been done in the past or this was accepted or believed in the past; so they shun what the Bible says for the sake of tradition and pleasing others. John 12: 43 states that men love the praise of other men more than they love the praise of God. Sad but true! It’s appalling to me that many who profess to be Christians seem not to care what God’s Word says.
