Contains make believe - humorous and everyday life. In my eighty-one years I have learned animals have many stories to tell. I try to portray some of them in a variety of humorous stories such as beehives being blown away by a speeding train and cats and a dog discussing things in everyday life. In these stories I hope to bring humor and laughter to the reader.

This book of poems also contains short stories of events that happened in my life. I realized that everyone goes through or have gone through similar events in life. It wasn’t until I became a social person that I realized that I’m not alone with the feelings I have, the thoughts in my mind, and the circumstances that I acquire in life. I wanted to write something that everyone would be able to relate to.

Love, youth, war, faith, life, love. That is the continuous cycle presented in the collection of stories that makes up The Book of Days.
