Growing up on the south side of Binghamton, New York in
the 1970’s was full of excitement, adventure and
wonderment for young Floyd Davis. He was surrounded by
the many things that allow a child to grow up into a
respectable adult. To show compassion, loyalty, and
respect for others while carrying yourself with pride,
dignity and integrity. He was raised in a community
during that time known as the Saratoga Apartments, a
multi-racial housing development surrounded by heavily
dense forest that provided the best nature had to offer.
During his childhood, Floyd, along with three of his
closest friends, would forge a bond that would last a
lifetime. That same bond of friendship would also prove
invaluable over time as Floyd sees an ongoing problem
with a criminal element that stands to cast a dark cloud
over everything he cherishes the most, his family,
friends and the memories of growing up in the city. No
longer able to ignore what has being going on, he finds
himself having to take matters into his own hands to put
a stop to it all.

The petite and curly-haired assassin, Miranda, is more
accustomed to killing men than sleeping with them. In
fact, she can count the number of men she’s been with on
one hand. The dark-haired Nash Shapiro, who’s as jealous
as he is smoking-hot, has a passionate relationship with
Miranda. They’ve survived several bumps in the road, but
the green-eyed Lincoln Shapiro is ever-waiting in the
shadows for his chance to steal Miranda away. His only
time with his older brother’s girl was stolen and
interrupted. Now he’s hoping for much more.
Weary and emotional from the sibling rivalry, Miranda seeks solitude in Grand Cayman. She is either crazy or overwhelmed with loneliness when she heedlessly invites Colin, Nash’s hunky best friend, to her hotel for some down time. Except, Colin wasn’t the only man in Miranda’s life who thought to follow her to Grand Cayman! Miranda’s heart is being tugged in different directions, but the guys think they have a solution. And so the games begin. Eventually Miranda will have to choose, but how can she choose between the men in her life amidst all the trouble: coordinating hits, brutal fights, a treasure hunt, a kidnapping, and bruised egos? Just Deserts 3: Trouble Finds Me is a witty adventure with steamy romance. (And just maybe, it’s every girl’s dream!) Price: $18.95

In this sequel to Just Deserts: An Assassin’s Tale, the
secret society Miranda works for is threatened.
Assassins from the Florida circuit have transferred to
New Hampshire to help defend the Judge from attack and
present a united front. For reasons unknown, Miranda
seems to be at the heart of the attacks. Perhaps the
fact that she is a petite female with auburn, banana
curls marks her as an easy target. However, those who
underestimate Miranda usually end up learning a fatal
lesson.
The action shifts into full throttle the minute Lincoln Shapiro is kidnapped. Can Miranda and the others find him before his time runs out? Does Miranda’s on-again, off-again boyfriend, Nash, want his brother found? Romance winds along a bumpy road, and action builds until the exciting climax of Just Deserts 2: Miranda’s Laws. This novel is literary justice for victims of hard-core criminals. Thousands of criminals go free on technicalities, and others are never caught. Most of us secretly wish for vigilante justice, even if only for a fleeting moment. Miranda and the society she works for deliver when the courts fall short. Join in the literary justice being delivered…one book at a time. Price: $12.95

pulled back into the conflict but not on the battlefield.
This time he found himself involved in a mystery
mission, full of intrigue and suspense that leads him
down a path toward the unknown and true love.
As an amateur poet he recounts his battlefield experiences in poems like Shiloh: On Grant’s left, pink blossoms, from the peach orchard fall, stripped of their mooring by mini ball. A messenger summoned, and with orders in hand, came a desperate demand for Prentiss to stand. On the sunken road, Prentiss’ men formed a line, repelling the rebels, time after time. The battle with the gang that almost took over Italy is
over with. Doctor La Spezia visits John at his mother’s
villa and once again invites him and his girlfriend,
Doctor Jane Collins, to finish their exploration of the
huge cavern that is beneath Rome University. While
exploring the great cavern, Doctor La Spezia shows his
guests the inside of one of the temples of Hades. So
terrible was the sight before them that Doctor Corbit
and his friend Jane Collins felt the urge to flee. John
Corbit says this in his account:
“Truly this was like looking over on what people call the other side of the vale, that thin barrier between life as we understand it and the possibilities of unspeakable sorrow and unimaginable endless suffering.” John and his girlfriend, Jane Collins, visit a famous park on his island, called The Garden Camp Ground. While at the park, John and Jane live on a small farm run by a mountain family from Tennessee. John and his friends manage to persuade a physician by the name of Doctor James Wisdom to join his merry band of explorers. Later in the account, John, Jane Collins, and Doctor Von Brawn do a preliminary voyage to Loch Ness to determine if a full scale exploration of where John suspects the monster dwells is feasible. Jane Latimer, chairperson over the Loch Ness Committee, is shown film of two great monsters as they swim past John’s submarine, the Ben Franklin. After the preliminary voyage to the outskirts of Hades, John and Jane Collins take a much deserved break and fly to Columbia, South America, to travel through the jungles with a famous explorer Doctor David Copperfield and his students to a great mountain that contains a hidden city of great beauty, mystery and danger. They are almost eaten by a great serpent. John says this about the snake: “There was a snake down there that must have crawled out of a twisted science fiction writer’s nightmares.” Finally the great day came for Doctor John Corbit and his brave crew to explore the world hidden below the surface of the Earth. Overhead, hundreds of pleasure craft follow the Michelangelo, John’s wonder submarine. Down in Hades John and his crew discover wonders beyond anyone’s dreams. To quote from Corbit’s account: “The sheer magnificence and beauty truly would tax the ability of mortals to describe! It looks like we have indeed found the land where dreams come from and beauty was given birth to!” Join John and his brave crew as they encounter terror beyond description! I quote: “Not since men dwelled in caves before the dawn of history had such an incident been witnessed! The fish and other life forms we saw fleeing [from the Loch Ness Monsters] were a mixed multitude of every ugly, bizarre, and savage looking creature imaginable!” Price: $18.95

Miranda is an assassin for a secret society headed by a
woman called the Judge. The Judge’s clients come from
every walk of life; maybe their child was molested or
their daughter was raped. Whatever the case, Miranda’s
face is the last face the target will ever see. Driven
by hatred for her own rapist, Miranda seeks justice for
those who cannot find it on their own. She uses her
petite size and auburn curls to appear innocent, which
allows her to approach her targets. She is a one-woman
crew; trained in martial arts by the Judge’s teachers
and deadly with most weapons. She uses unorthodox methods
and she lives by her own set of rules dubbed Miranda’s
Laws, which keep her alive and out of jail. She gives
her clients peace of mind but can she obtain the same
peace by finding her own rapist?
When Miranda meets Nash Shapiro, a gorgeous sword dealer, the heart she’s been trying to hide decides to ride her sleeve. Caught between two men and surrounded by her handsome colleagues, Miranda feels like a lady slipper in a dark forest!
